Mammography Technologist I – 32 Hours – Dedham $10,000 Sign on Bonus
Join Atrius Health as a Mammography Technologist I in Dedham. The position includes a $10,000 sign‑on bonus and a 32‑hour work week.
Under the guidance of a radiologist, you will perform mammography examinations in accordance with MQSA, state regulations, and the health center’s established policies and procedures.
Perform mammography exams in accordance with MQSA, state regulations, and health center policies.
Use mammography equipment and adhere to MQSA and ACR regulations.
Complete examinations promptly while maintaining image quality and safety.
Education / Licenses / Certifications
High school diploma or equivalence (e.g., GED).
Graduate of an accredited radiography program.
Licensed in radiography for a minimum of one year and have passed the ARRT exam in Mammography.
Maintain continuing education and experience as defined by ARRT.
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) strongly preferred; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required.
Experience Minimum 1‑year experience as a mammography technologist.
Skills
Knowledge of mammography equipment and regulatory standards.
Ability to master new tasks related to image quality and safety.
Effective communication with people from diverse backgrounds.
Ability to complete exams in a timely manner even under stress.
Knowledge of PACS and associated equipment.
Schedule Tuesday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm (part‑time 32 hrs, benefit eligible at full‑time rate).
Hourly Compensation The hourly range for this role is $43.02 to $60.04 per hour for full‑time employment. Pay is based on local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, and other factors.
