About the Role As we continue to scale our rapidly growing Grocery business, we’re hiring multiple Analysts. As a member of the team, you will be the operational backbone, driving execution of high‑impact growth and quality initiatives from start to finish. You will enable new merchant launches, manage critical in‑app experiences (merchandising and promotions), and execute detailed audits that improve customer experience and long‑term metrics. This role is remote and open across geographies.

Execute end‑to‑end high‑impact operational tasks, including setting up promotional campaigns, creating custom merchandising experiences, and scaling new products.
Build a critical role in launching and scaling DoorDash’s next big business, ensuring the highest level of quality and performance for both new and existing grocers.
Analyze data, build reports, and perform audits to identify and fix low‑level detail issues that impact quality metrics, growth, and customer experience.
Own key operational workflows as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI), such as managing updates for new merchant launches.
Collaborate and influence cross‑functional teams—Product, Engineering, General Managers—to design tooling and automation improvements, freeing the team for strategic work.

You solve problems from first principles, synthesising complex problems into actionable plans.
Compensation Base salary localised by work location. Pay range: $19.90–$33.50 USD per hour for this position.
