Job Responsibilities
Serve as the programmatic subject matter expert, informing strategy for display, video, native, and audio campaigns
Support global programmatic media execution to achieve brand awareness and demand generation goals
Monitor channel performance and budget pacing, providing insights to inform the strategic roadmap
Collaborate with media agencies for seamless execution, campaign management, and optimizations
Continuously analyze campaign performance to recommend refinements to targeting, creative, and bid strategies
Qualifications
4+ years of hands‑on experience in Programmatic Media; agency management experience is a plus
Strong expertise in The Trade Desk, Google Ads, and Google Campaign Manager
Experience onboarding and scaling a DSP and ad server
Strong analytical skills with a focus on interpreting performance data
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, and brand media
Content syndication media management experience
Proven experience in a fast‑paced environment
Familiarity with content syndication, paid search advertising, and paid social
