Architect backend applications using

Node.js ,

Java/Spring Boot ,

.NET Core , or other modern backend frameworks.

Design microservices, REST APIs, GraphQL schemas, and event‑driven systems.

Define patterns for asynchronous processing, orchestration, idempotency, API versioning, and error handling.

Design and implement cloud‑native architectures using Azure services such as:

EventHub

Blob Storage

Redis Cache

Virtual Networks

Containers

Ensure solutions follow best practices in performance, observability, networking, identity, and security.

DevOps & Delivery Support

Partner with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.

Ensure architectural decisions support efficient deployments, scaling, and monitoring.

Conduct design reviews, spike/POC evaluations, and risk assessments.

Mentor engineers and support teams through complex technical decisions.

Communicate architectural direction clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Promote engineering excellence, quality, and high standards across teams.

bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technical field.

10+ years of experience in software engineering or solution architecture.

Hands‑on experience with at least one modern frontend framework:

Angular, React, or Vue .

Hands‑on experience with at least one modern backend framework:

Node.js, Java/Spring Boot, or .NET Core .

Ability to solve across multiple programming languages and frameworks (polyglot capability).

Strong experience building digital, consumer‑facing applications (web or mobile).

Deep experience designing distributed systems, microservices, and event‑driven architectures.

Strong Azure cloud experience, including AKS, EventHub, App Service, Blob Storage, Redis Cache, VNets, and containerized workloads.

Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.

Solid understanding of networking, API security, cloud identity, and application security fundamentals.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and influence across engineering and business teams.

Experience architecting systems in regulated industries such as finance.

Experience with domain‑driven design (DDD), CQRS, or event sourcing.

Experience with Terraform, Bicep, or other IaC technologies.

Strong understanding of cloud cost optimization, performance tuning, and resilience engineering.

What Success Looks Like

You deliver architectures that are technically sound, scalable, and easy for engineering teams to build against.

You comfortably navigate both frontend and backend discussions with equal fluency.

You create clarity and structure for squads and help remove ambiguity in technical decision‑making.
