Vice President – Private Equity – Industrials/Services

Madison Hunt is working with a leading global investment firm in NYC that recently raised its Flagship Fund III. The flagship strategy is looking to add an experienced VP to its lean buyout strategy, which currently consists of six professionals.

The fund deploys a generalist middle-market PE/buyout strategy and has built a powerful ecosystem of over 50 strategic partners—including leaders across utilities, industrials, and technology. These partners often support transformative solutions to back the transition to a sustainable, net-zero economy.

Key investment verticals include industrial and infrastructure services, manufacturing and industrial products, and software/technology with the end markets spanning from power/utilities, built environment, customer facing energy businesses and critical infrastructure players.

Qualifications

6+ years of investment banking and private equity experience

Relevant deal experience across infrastructure, industrials, and services

Proven track record with recent, closed transaction experience

Strong financial modeling, communication, and management skills
