is seeking a

First-Year (1st-Year) Private Equity Associate

to join its investment team. This is a

rare opportunity

investments, with a track record of partnering with exceptional management teams and driving long-term value creation.

What You’ll Do

Play a meaningful role across the

full deal lifecycle , including sourcing, due diligence, financial modeling, investment memos, and portfolio value creation

Work closely with Partners and senior leadership in a

non-layered, apprenticeship-style environment

Lead deep sector research across core verticals (industrials, business services, consumer)

Support strategic and operational initiatives within portfolio companies, collaborating directly with management teams

Contribute to investment theses, deal structuring, and long-term strategy development

What We’re Looking For

2–4 years of investment banking experience

(ideally in

industrials, business services, consumer , or as a strong generalist)

Exceptional analytical and financial modeling abilities

Strong deal exposure and demonstrated understanding of M&A processes

Highly driven, intellectually curious, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, meritocratic environment

Outstanding communication skills and the ability to present complex analyses clearly
