Job Title: VP, Media / Performance Marketing
Location: Miami or Orlando, FL - 5 days per week onsite.

About the Role Our company, MSH, is exclusively partnered & retained with a large theme park working with their leadership team to hire crucial roles as they continue to grow.
Role Overview The Vice President of Media is responsible for driving profitable attendance, revenue, and pass growth through best‑in‑class paid media strategy, execution, and optimisation across our Parks & Resorts’ portfolio.
This role owns end‑to‑end media performance—from strategic planning and budget allocation to in‑flight optimisation, measurement, and ROI accountability. The VP, Media will transform media from a spend‑based function into a performance engine, ensuring every dollar drives measurable business impact.
Must Haves
Own the annual and multi‑year paid media strategy aligned to attendance, revenue, and EBITDA targets.
Develop full‑funnel media frameworks across awareness, consideration and conversion.
Review weekly performance reporting across channels & make recommendations to optimise media performance.
Lead test‑and‑learn agendas across creative, channels, formats, and audiences.
Oversee strategy and performance across TV, OTT/CTV, online video, OOH, paid social, paid search, display, programme, audio, and emerging channels.
Manage agency including buying, planning and reporting of media.
Partner closely with Revenue Management, CRM, Guest Insights, IT, and park teams.
Build and lead a high‑performance media organisation with clear ownership and accountability.
Qualifications & Experience
12+ years of progressive media leadership experience within a consumer‑focused business; experience with eCommerce business preferred.
Proven track record driving measurable business results through paid media.
Deep expertise across digital and traditional media channels; must be responsible for full funnel media planning and execution.
“Hands‑on‑keyboard” mentality with experience directly accessing platforms (i.e., Meta, Google).
Strong understanding of attribution, measurement, and ROI modelling.
Experience managing large agency ecosystems and external partners.
Executive presence and comfort operating with senior leadership.
Leadership Profile
Commercially focused with a strong ROI mindset.
Data‑driven, highly detail oriented, decisive, and accountable.
High ownership mentality with strong operational discipline.
