Compensation : $45,000 base salary + uncapped commission
(1st year OTE: $75-85k)

Located near key production facilities and market hubs, our team is uniquely positioned to support clients in Financial Services, Legal & Regulatory, Life Sciences, and Supply Chain. As part of our team, you’ll specialize in one of these industries, developing deeper expertise and delivery tailored hiring solutions that address each sector’s critical talent needs.
What You’ll Do:
Build your Client Base: Become a trusted advisor to companies by proactively reaching out, understanding their hiring needs, and pitching our company’s recruitment services as a solution
Find Top Talent: Source mid to senior level candidates, build long-term relationships, and become a subject matter expert in the niche market you’re recruiting in
Own the Process: Oversee the entire interview process, facilitate communication between the client and the candidate, coordinate interviews, and negotiate offers to get the best offer possible for the candidate
