Training & Virtual Events Coordinator - $25/hr-$28/hr Our client, a prominent law firm, is looking for a temporary to permanent Virtual Event & Training Coordinator to support their growing team in Washington, DC.

Base pay range $25.00/hr - $28.00/hr

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of

virtual

event logistics, including creating event timelines, tracking payments, and coordinating with speakers.

Manage credit coordination and issue continuing education certificates.

Manage attendee communications, including registration, dietary restrictions, and special needs.

Post‑event tasks: send survey results to speakers, follow up with attendees, maintain electronic filing systems, and summarize event outcomes and expenses.

Provide support and complete additional tasks/special projects as needed.

Qualifications

3+ years of relevant virtual events logistics experience.

Bachelor's degree in hospitality, events, or a related field is required.

Experience with meeting planning and customer service is highly preferred.

Strong proficiency in MS Office is required; experience with Adobe Suite is preferred.

Excellent communication, time management, collaboration, and multitasking skills.

Position Information

$25/hr-$28/hr while temporary

$55K-$67K when permanent, DOE

100% onsite in Washington, DC.

Potential for 1 day remote.

Bonus eligible once permanent!
