ZenRows is a fast‑growing, profitable pre‑seed startup based in Bilbao, working 100% remotely. We help businesses automate data extraction from the web using AI‑powered tools and a leading anti‑bot bypass system.
The Role We’re looking for a driven and resourceful Talent Acquisition Partner to join a small but mighty People team. You’ll work closely with leadership and hiring managers to shape the future of ZenRows by building world‑class talent.
What you’ll be doing
Partner with hiring managers throughout the full recruitment lifecycle for tech and SaaS roles, supporting everything from job‑description development to onboarding coordination.
Sourcing top talent globally using LinkedIn, GitHub and other niche tech communities.
Managing and optimizing our ATS (Greenhouse), ensuring a seamless data‑driven recruitment process.
Utilizing AI‑powered sourcing and screening tools to streamline workflows and identify the best candidates efficiently.
Conducting structured interviews, coordinating interview panels, and coaching hiring managers on best practices.
Ensuring a smooth, respectful, and engaging experience for candidates from first contact to offer stage.
Tracking, analysing, and reporting on recruitment metrics and analytics to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
Collaborating on employer branding and talent marketing initiatives to attract top‑tier candidates.
Contributing to process documentation and workflow improvements in a remote‑first, high‑growth environment.
The Person
2+ years of experience in a fast‑paced startup recruiting for SaaS and tech roles.
Proven track record managing the full recruitment lifecycle independently.
Deep experience sourcing on LinkedIn, GitHub and other tech communities.
Advanced user of Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms.
Hands‑on experience conducting screening calls and collaborating with hiring managers.
Demonstrated ability to deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
Comfort and creativity using AI tools and automation in daily workflow.
Strong analytical skills with experience in recruitment analytics and reporting.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
A collaborative spirit, high ownership mentality and love for agile, high‑impact teams.
