Spieldenner Financial Group is looking for a business partner to help us revolutionize the Mortgage Protection Industry. Our philosophy is to better our lives through bettering the lives of others through protection of families, personal and professional growth, and leadership training.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Setting Appointments: 6‑8 hours per week – reach out to potential clients and schedule meetings to discuss mortgage protection coverage.
Research: 4‑5 hours per week – dig into client information to customize options tailored to their financial needs for death or disability.
Meeting with Families: 2 days per week – present options, discuss coverage details, and help apply for coverage (virtually or in-person).
Administrative: 2 hours per week – follow up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting.
What We Do We serve clients every week, diving deep into their financial situation. We partner with top‑rated insurance companies to create personalized plans that protect their largest asset – the ability to earn an income. We are a personal development company that also sells insurance, striving to make a generational impact in the lives of our clients, agents, and the community.
Qualifications Skill set isn’t everything. Entry‑level applicants are welcome. We seek coachable, challenge‑seeking, self‑disciplined individuals with a growth mindset. Passion for people is a MUST.
Compensation & Benefits Commissions as a New Agent: This position is commission‑only. The average commission on a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per family. We expect a full‑time agent to sell 5‑10 mortgage protection plans per week.
In addition to mortgage protection, you will have access to premium financial products to help clients save for retirement or protect their current retirement accounts.
We provide extensive training, an uncapped commission structure, a competitive bonus program, and incentive trips based on individual and team results.
