Spieldenner Financial Group is looking for our next business partner to help us revolutionize the Mortgage Protection Industry. Our philosophy is to better our lives through bettering the lives of others through protection of families, personal and professional growth, and leadership training.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
Setting Appointments: 6‑8 hours per week – reach out to potential clients who have requested coverage and schedule meetings.
Research: 4‑5 hours per week – dig into client information to customize mortgage protection options.
Meeting with Families: 2 days per week – present options virtually or in‑person and guide them through the application process.
Administrative: 2 hours per week – follow up with insurance carriers to facilitate underwriting.

We serve people: sit with clients weekly, deeply assess their financial situation.
We protect our clients: partner with top‑rated insurance companies to create personalized coverage plans protecting their largest asset.
We grow: a personal development company that sells insurance, committed to making a generational impact.
Requirements
Entry‑level accepted.
Coachable, challenge‑seeking, self‑disciplined individuals with a growth mindset.
Passion for people is a must.
Commission & Training This is a commission‑only sales position. The average commission on a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per family. A full‑time agent is expected to sell 5–10 mortgage protection plans per week. In addition to mortgage protection, you will sell premium financial products (e.g., 401(k), IRA) to help clients protect retirement accounts. Extensive training is provided to teach products and sales techniques. Uncapped commission, competitive bonus structure, and incentive trips are available based on results.
