What You’ll Do
Architect, design, and develop full‑stack applications, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
Build and optimize frontend applications using modern frameworks.
Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js or Python.
Design and manage databases for data‑intensive workloads.
Mentor junior and mid‑level engineers, fostering a strong technical culture.
Contribute to hiring and shaping the engineering team as we scale.
What Will Help You Succeed
10+ years of full‑stack engineering experience.
Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js and Python.
Experience designing scalable architectures (microservices, serverless, event‑driven).
Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, Elastic and database query optimization.
Proficiency with AWS, GCP or Azure, and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD).
Excellent problem‑solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
Nice‑to‑Haves
Experience with AI/ML or data platforms.
Background in high‑growth startups.
Lead teams or projects in a fast‑paced environment.
