Contract Talent Acquisition Partner - Sales What You’ll Do
Execute End‑to‑End Sales Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment life cycle for a high‑volume, dynamic portfolio of sales positions, delivering a world‑class candidate and hiring manager experience. Achieving agreed‑upon time‑to‑fill targets for critical sales roles.
Collaborate with Leadership & Optimize Strategy: Partner closely with Sales VPs and Hiring Managers to deeply understand their organizational needs and develop tailored, data‑driven sourcing and talent attraction strategies to achieve hiring outcomes.
Ensure Compliance & Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant data within the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring all hiring processes adhere to Iron Mountain organizational standards and regulations.
Ideal Candidate
5+ years of progressive, full‑cycle recruiting experience, with a specialized focus on sales talent acquisition in a competitive, enterprise environment (e.g., SaaS, B2B services).
Strong knowledge of advanced passive candidate sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn/Talent Pool creation) and the ability to articulate value proposals for complex sales roles.
Proven ability in managing a high‑volume requisition load simultaneously, negotiating complex offers, and demonstrating exceptional stakeholder management skills.
