Base Pay Range $165,000/yr - $195,000/yr
Position Summary The CFO will lead all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance. This role partners closely with the Executive Director and Board of Directors to provide strategic financial insight, support decision‑making, and ensure the long‑term financial health of the organization.

Qualifications
10+ years of experience; non‑profit experience is a plus
5+ years of leadership experience in finance or accounting
Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
