The organization operates across build-to-rent ownership, property and asset management, construction, brokerage, and joint ventures, and has deployed approximately $150M in acquisitions over the past year.

Build and scale a best‑in‑class finance organization in a rapidly expanding platform
Internalize accounting functions currently outsourced
Partner directly with founders and executive leadership on strategy and growth
Gain exposure to capital markets activity, M&A, and institutional scaling

Key Responsibilities
Transition accounting operations in-house and build a scalable finance team
Oversee corporate accounting and complex real estate joint‑venture structures
Lead cash forecasting, treasury management, and liquidity planning
Ensure GAAP compliance and institutional‑quality financial reporting
Support investor reporting, capital raises, and transaction execution
Serve as a strategic thought partner to executive leadership while remaining hands‑on
Ideal Candidate Profile
10+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience
Deep background in real estate, including joint ventures and multi‑entity structures
Experience in growth‑stage or institutional real estate platforms strongly preferred
Comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels
Builder mindset with the ability to create structure, processes, and teams
Compensation & Timing
Base Salary: $250,000
Incentives: Bonus + equity participation
