Key Responsibilities
Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including offshore resources, to ensure smooth project execution.
Manage complete product lifecycle, including regulatory documentation and compliance adherence.
Perform system‑level troubleshooting and provide technical solutions for complex issues.
Scope, plan, and execute projects within defined timelines and budgets.
Conduct prototype bench testing, module‑level validation, and system‑level performance testing.
Oversee change control processes and maintain compliance with industry standards.
Develop and qualify electromechanical components such as switch assemblies, cable assemblies, and PCBAs.
Perform Measurement Systems Analysis and establish calibration requirements.
Collaborate with suppliers to meet cost, quality, and performance objectives, including component qualification activities.
Execute board bring‑up, design reviews, DFMEA, DFM, and board revisions.
Develop low‑level embedded drivers for on‑board peripherals and motor control.
Update schematics and BOM for PCBAs and write module test plans and engineering studies.
Manage design transfer activities and system‑level testing.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions using structured problem‑solving methods.
Perform EMI/EMC testing and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment such as oscilloscopes and multimeters for troubleshooting and validation.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
5+ years of experience in product development, testing, and lifecycle management.
Strong knowledge of electromechanical components and embedded systems development.
Proficiency in board‑level design, DFMEA, DFM, and compliance standards.
Hands‑on experience with EMI/EMC testing and regulatory documentation.
Familiarity with supplier management and component qualification processes.
Preferred Skills
Expertise in low‑level embedded driver development and motor control.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience in root cause analysis.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
