About The Team The Strategy & Operations team is looking for an Associate Manager to reduce the cost of fraud and build solutions to protect our platform from would-be fraudsters. You’ll specifically be focused on creating our strategy and executing against ambitious goals around consumer incentives to prevent fraud. You'll grow familiar with our three audiences — Consumers, Dashers and Merchants. Most importantly, you'll help promote the delicate balance between providing our users the best experience possible while keeping bad actors at bay.

Have a chance to define and implement DoorDash’s strategy in new areas and be responsible for delivering direct business impact to DoorDash
Enable new launches across DoorDash's platform — build customer incentives to prevent fraud
Influence and engage across the company — partner with the product, engineering, and analytics teams to establish goals and execute against them
Improve through experimentation – use data‑driven decision‑making to run tests on everything to reduce fraud while accelerating growth
We're Excited About You Because You Have…
4+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, bizops, investment banking, analytics or related experience; high‑growth tech experience preferred
Experience leading large projects, hitting goals, and succeeding in a team environment
Proven problem solving and analytical skills; proficiency in SQL and Excel are required
Bachelor degree required
Compensation Starting base salary: $98,600—$145,000 USD. Opportunities for equity grants are included. Benefits include 401(k) with employer match, 16 weeks of paid parental leave, wellness benefits, commuter benefits match, paid time off, paid sick leave, medical, dental, vision, 11 paid holidays, disability and basic life insurance, family‑forming assistance, and a mental health program.
