Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr

The Role Skills: Next.js, TypeScript, React, Python, Postgres
You’ll build the product surfaces where our team and clients go from idea to video in hours. This is a full‑stack role at the intersection of storytelling and agents: you’ll work across frontend, backend, infra, and product, and you’ll be forward‑deployed with creatives and clients building tools that 10x workflows.
What You’ll Work On
Build the editor where team and clients create videos in hours.
Ship tools alongside creatives and clients (Slack agents, workflow automations, internal dashboards) that remove friction and improve creative output.
Capture performance data and feed insights back into production so the system improves over time.
Who We’re Looking For
Proficient in React / Next.js (TypeScript) + Python/Postgres and can ship delightful UI fast.
Strong taste. You care deeply about design, UX, and the intersection of storytelling and software.
You’re comfortable using multiple agents (Cursor/Claude Code, MCPs) at once to ship production software quickly.
You move across frontend and backend without waiting for permission or pixel‑perfect specs.
Bonus points if you have experience with video pipelines, media processing, graphics engineering, or other creative tooling.
