3+ years (Senior to early Staff caliber) " " Key Responsibilities " " " " Architect, build, and deliver user‑facing products end‑to‑end " " Write production‑grade TypeScript across the full stack " " Own frontend experiences using modern React/Next.js frameworks " " Design and scale backend systems leveraging PostgreSQL and cloud infrastructure " " Partner closely with Product and Design to move from concept to production quickly " " Engage directly with customers to identify problems, test assumptions, and refine solutions " " Maintain high engineering velocity while preserving system reliability " " Mentor peers through code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning " " " " Candidate Profile " " " " 3+ years of experience as a full‑stack individual contributor " " Deep experience building production systems across frontend and backend " " Strong proficiency in
