Partnering with the Store Manager, the Deputy Store Manager is responsible for developing & coaching the Sales team, ensuring seamless floor management, fostering a client-centric mindset and infusing the brand's culture and values.
Job responsibilities
Manage the boutique in order to achieve sales objectives and KPI’s.
Concur to the definition of action plans related to the mystery shopping results and ensure their implementation.
Address client concerns/disputes/complains assuring the client satisfaction is restored.
In absence of the Store Manager be responsible for the good maintenance, the safe environment, the good functioning of the store as well as the respect of product assortment and visual merchandising guidelines.
When the Head of back office is not present, be responsible for the store stock, ensuring to efficiently and effectively manage it according to KPI’s.
Guarantee the correct application of company norms and procedures (discount etc..).
Supervise After Sales Service request providing excellent service.
Organize and implement store rotations, shifts and holidays.
Capture and maximize every occasion (trainings, events, sales etc..) to coach and support the sales team in order to ensure that each of them is able to provide a unique and memorable shopping experience.
Other duties as required by the job scope or required by superiors at all levels.
Profile Academic / Professional Qualifications
At least of 6-8 years of Store/Retail Operations, experience is required, with at least 3 years in relevant role.
Hand-on retail operations background
Experience in leading a team, at least 5 years in people leadership capacity
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing major preferred

Fluent in Tagalog and English. Chinese/Korean/Japanese or any second foreign language is a plus.
