The role will provide health care services to pediatric, adolescent, and adult patient populations at its outpatient practice in Delhi, NY. Responsibilities
Work with an established group of 1 part‑time physician and 4 Advanced Practice Clinicians. Traditional Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM with an option for 4/10 hour shifts, 7 AM – 5 PM. Provide full‑spectrum case mix and diverse patient population in a collaborative working environment. Use the EMR‑EPIC electronic medical record system. Requirements
National certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. NYS licensure. BLS certification required. DEA required. Benefits
