Lead end‑to‑end product development for quoting or automation systems, including new carrier integrations and ongoing maintenance.
Own high‑profile integrations with major partners, shaping the growth of Jerry’s marketplace.
Partner with engineering, operations and insurance experts to enhance back‑end performance and customer experience.
Explore opportunities to leverage AI and automation to reduce maintenance costs and improve system resilience.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in management consulting, technical product management, data analytics or operations at a fast‑paced startup.
Technologist and systems thinker; comfortable with technical conversations and able to translate complex ideas into simple terms.
Data‑driven, skilled at diving into data to answer questions and own metrics.
Optimistic mindset – asks “how we can” not “if we can.”
Passionate about AI and early adopter of latest technology at scale.

Compensation will be within the listed range for senior product managers, based on factors including skills, experience, location and market conditions. In addition to base salary, the role may include equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package for full‑time employees.
