In transfer pricing at PwC, you will focus on providing guidance and support to clients on transfer pricing matters. In this field, you will help businesses establish and maintain appropriate pricing for transactions between related entities, maintaining compliance with tax regulations and minimising the risk of disputes.

The Opportunity As part of the Corporate Transfer Pricing team you are expected to lead the creation and implementation of impactful transfer pricing strategies. As a Manager you are expected to supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement workstreams by independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables. You are also responsible for managing functional analyzes interviews, performing market studies, and strategizing on local-country tax authority transfer pricing audits.

Lead the development and execution of transfer pricing strategies

Supervise, develop, and coach teams to deliver exceptional results

Manage client service accounts and oversee engagement workstreams

Conduct functional analyzes interviews and perform market studies

Strategize on local-country tax authority transfer pricing audits

Independently solve and analyze complex problems

Utilise firm methodologies and technology resources effectively

Foster meaningful client relationships and motivate team members

What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Economics, Finance, International Business

4 years of experience

CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity

What Sets You Apart

Master's Degree in Economics, Public Administration, Finance preferred

Proficiency in economic analyzes and global tax issues

Leadership in functional analyzes and market studies

Proficiency in pricing policies and market studies

Exceptional communication skills in client relationships

Knowledge of automation and digitisation in professional services

Experience with alternative fee arrangements and pricing strategies

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $266,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
