Administrative Assistant

Location: Downtown Minneapolis Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Type: Contract-to-Hire Pay: $23-$25/hr

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a team of professionals in a specialized financial services environment. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of administrative or customer service experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume phone calls, emails, and client inquiries with exceptional customer service
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and assist with daily workflow management
  • Support clients, internal staff, attorneys, and financial professionals throughout administrative processes
  • Handle document preparation, data entry, scanning, filing, and digital organization
  • Maintain office supply inventory and help ensure an organized, efficient office environment
  • Process incoming/outgoing mail, including document routing and electronic filing
  • Provide general administrative support, operational assistance, and task follow-through for the team

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Administrative Assistant experience in real estate, banking, title, escrow, closing services, or financial services
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, data entry, and document management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
  • Ability to work effectively in a small team environment (approx. 5 people)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Commitment to long-term employment
