Position Overview for the Senior Product Manager:

• Define and execute the vision, strategy, and OKRs for your product area within the healthcare technology space.
• Drive product outcomes that solve critical healthcare business problems across multiple applications and user groups.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex healthcare challenges into actionable product solutions.
• Build strong relationships and influence teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of healthcare products.
• Prioritize initiatives, features, and improvements to maximize impact and value for users and the business.

Requirements for the Senior Product Manager:

• 10+ years in Product Management, owning requirements, user stories, and outcome-driven delivery
• Proven ability to prioritize backlogs, manage defects, and lead story mapping and sprint planning activities
• Expertise in product discovery and strategy, including user research, stakeholder interviews, and problem definition
• Experience partnering closely with engineering, UX, and research teams
• Highly data-driven, with hands-on experience defining and tracking OKRs and using product analytics to guide decisions
