Position Overview for the Senior Product Manager:
Define and execute the vision, strategy, and OKRs for your product area within the healthcare technology space.
Drive product outcomes that solve critical healthcare business problems across multiple applications and user groups.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex healthcare challenges into actionable product solutions.
Build strong relationships and influence teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of healthcare products.
Prioritize initiatives, features, and improvements to maximize impact and value for users and the business.
Requirements for the Senior Product Manager:
10+ years in Product Management, owning requirements, user stories, and outcome-driven delivery
Proven ability to prioritize backlogs, manage defects, and lead story mapping and sprint planning activities
Expertise in product discovery and strategy, including user research, stakeholder interviews, and problem definition
Experience partnering closely with engineering, UX, and research teams
Highly data-driven, with hands-on experience defining and tracking OKRs and using product analytics to guide decisions
