This role is for an experienced agency recruiter who wants steady volume, real earning upside, and work that feels useful at the end of the day. You will recruit for school-based roles across education and healthcare. The desk stays busy with a high volume of open roles and a strong flow of inbound applicants, not just cold outreach all day. The schedule is hybrid with three in-office days each week in Mid-Wilshire.
