High volume roles, steady inbound applicants, and direct client work. No MSP or VMS.
This role is for an experienced agency recruiter who wants steady volume, real earning upside, and work that feels useful at the end of the day.
You will recruit for school-based roles across education and healthcare. Special education teachers, therapists, nurses, aides, and support staff. The desk stays busy with a high volume of open roles and a strong flow of inbound applicants, not just cold outreach all day.
There is no MSP or VMS layer. You work directly on your roles and placements. The schedule is hybrid with three in-office days each week in Mid-Wilshire. Base salary starts at $70,304 with uncapped commissions tied directly to your placements.

What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for school-based roles
- Work a steady pipeline of active openings
- Screen and engage a high volume of inbound applicants
- Source candidates through outreach and referrals as needed
- Interview candidates, manage offers, and coordinate start dates
- Maintain relationships that lead to repeat placements

This pay range represents Covelo Group’s good-faith minimum and maximum range at the time of posting. Actual compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and location.
