Here, you won’t be a résumé pusher. You’ll learn how talent, technology, and business scale together. From day one, you will receive structured training and hands-on development designed to give you a clear, end-to-end understanding of full-cycle recruitment. You’ll work on live, real searches, covering everything from talent sourcing and market mapping to candidate outreach and screening.
What You’ll Actually Do
Hunt for talent where others don’t
- Find engineers, researchers, and non-tech roles across multiple domains (e.g., AI, embodied intelligence, infrastructure, hardware, and internet products)
- Use LinkedIn, GitHub, academic networks, and AI-assisted tools (yes, we expect you to like tools)
- Do real market & talent mapping, not just keyword search
Talk to smart people and understand what really motivates them
- Speak with candidates working on cutting-edge technologies or who are leaders in their domains
- Learn to identify signals vs. noise in resumes, stories, and motivations
- Help senior recruiters understand why a candidate will (or won’t) move
Push things forward
- Move fast: follow up, unblock issues chase feedback, close gaps
- See something broken? Fix it or propose a better way
- Take ownership- wait for permission to improve a process
Learn faster than the market
- Rapidly build knowledge across domains (AI infra ≠ applied ML ≠ robotics ≠ hardware)
- Get exposure to how companies actually hire
- Use internal AI tools and automation to work smarter
Who we’re looking for
We care much more about mindset than pedigree.

Background-wise:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Any experience in recruiting, sales, consulting, or tech-adjacent roles is a plus
- Strong English communication skills (Chinese is a bonus)
