Role Description
This is a part-time (20-30 HRS weekly), on-site role for an Office Associate based in the Charleston, South Carolina Metropolitan Area. The Office Associate will handle a range of administrative and operational tasks such as assisting with day-to-day office operations, providing customer service, maintaining financial records, and supporting internal communication. The role supports both the smooth functioning of office activities and the exceptional service delivery for which Republic Hospitality is renowned.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance tasks, including organizing schedules, managing records, and coordinating daily office activities.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients and team members in a professional and courteous manner.
- Basic Accounting knowledge or experience, including managing invoices and supporting financial transactions.
- Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in office software and tools such as MS Office Suite; familiarity with scheduling and productivity tools is a plus.
- Previous experience in hospitality is an advantage.
