Responsibilities:
- Support HR operations by assisting in employee relations, compliance, and policy implementation.
- Coordinate and manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screenings, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with labor laws.
- Process payroll, benefits administration, and assist employees with HR-related inquiries.
- Develop and facilitate training programs for employees on company policies, compliance, and professional development.
- Assist in performance management processes, tracking evaluations, and supporting leadership in employee development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies, conflict resolution, and workplace best practices.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and company events.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve HR processes, workplace culture, and employee satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 3 years of complex payroll experience, including multiple payrolls.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with Google Docs & Microsoft Office (including intermediate Excel skills).
- Strong understanding of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Experience managing payroll, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to support company-wide HR functions.
