- Oversee daily office operations and administrative workflows
- Manage office staff and administrative support functions
- Coordinate vendors, facilities, and service contracts
- Maintain budgets, approve invoices, and track expenses
- Support HR functions including onboarding and policy administration
- Develop and improve office processes and procedures
- Partner with leadership on operational planning and office growth
- 5+ years of office management or operations experience
- Experience in engineering, construction, or professional services preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational systems
- Ability to manage competing priorities independently
- Professional communication and decision-making skills
