This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Planner located in Grand Rapids, MI. The Production Planner will be responsible for managing production schedules, planning workflows, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring timely delivery of production outputs and ordered products. The role involves analyzing production data, adjusting schedules to optimize efficiency, supporting purchasing in sourcing activities, and maintaining clear and effective communication to solve any issues that may arise during the production process.
Strong skills in Production Schedules and Production Planning
Ability to effectively use Analytical Skills for data interpretation and problem-solving
Demonstrated expertise in Planning to optimize workflows and deadlines
Proficiency in relevant software tools used for production planning and scheduling
Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is highly advantageous
