Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator
Compensation: $50,000–$55,000 base + bonus

We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruiting team and ensure a smooth, efficient hiring process. The Recruiting Coordinator will manage interview scheduling, job postings, candidate outreach, and key administrative processes to help drive successful hiring outcomes.
Coordinate interviews and distribute all preparatory materials to candidates.
Conduct ongoing candidate engagement and quality checks to maintain service standards.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines aligned with active and future openings.
Create LinkedIn job posts and recruitment-focused content to support hiring efforts.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or HR support.
~ Demonstrated experience with candidate sourcing or full-cycle recruitment.
~ Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
~ Bachelor’s degree preferred;
