- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and adhering to site-specific policies within a manufacturing and industrial environment.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and to observe for any unusual conditions.
- Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate for the location.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and/or observations as required by the site.
- Work collaboratively with site personnel and visitors to help to maintain a secure environment.
- Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management regarding any security-related issues or concerns encountered during patrols.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
