Warehouse Maintenance Supervisor South Boston, VA $70,000 - $75,000 + 5% Differential Bonus A nationally recognized discount retail company is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor at their distribution center in South Boston, VA. The salary will range from $70,000 - $75,000 plus a 5% differential bonus for the dedicated weekend shift. The Role The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for providing a safe distribution environment, responding rapidly to requests for service or repair, and developing action plans for improvement. Shift Schedule: Weekend Shift (Friday - Sunday) from 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Availability: Due to the nature of the role, this position requires availability for critical support needs outside of regular shift hours to ensure continuous distribution center operations. Qualifications They are looking for someone with the following: Prior maintenance experience in a distribution center environment is expected. At least 2 years of supervisory experience. Experience in an automated distribution center. Strong knowledge of systems, including: Conveyor systems Sort view Graphical monitors Vocational skills training in a trade is preferred.
