Administrative Coordinator Job at Robert Half in Albany

Description We are looking for a dedicated Director of Day Treatment to join our team in Albany, New York. In this role, you will oversee various operational and clinical processes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to lead, coordinate, and support a team of professionals in delivering exceptional services. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and provide guidance to social work staff through individual and group sessions.
• Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure smooth daily operations and ongoing staff development.
• Offer clinical consultation and technical assistance to social workers in areas such as diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Coordinate the assignment and delivery of individual, group, and family treatment services.
• Work closely with Human Resources to recruit, onboard, and train social work staff.
• Manage personnel practices, including conducting evaluations and ensuring compliance with agency standards.
• Maintain and oversee the department's budget under the supervision of the Associate Executive Director.
• Participate in the intake and admissions process for the Day Treatment Program, ensuring timely and comprehensive procedures.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary treatment team meetings and oversee the documentation of assessments and treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies in all aspects of service delivery.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in administrative coordination within a clinical or non-profit setting.
• Masters Degree in Social work and NYS LCSW licensure
• Experience in supervising and training staff, with a focus on detail-oriented development.
• Knowledge of social work practices, including treatment planning and case management.
• Familiarity with compliance standards related to mental health and educational services.
• Ability to manage budgets and oversee financial operations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and departments.
