If you excel with hand tools, follow detailed work instructions, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting — this role is for you! &##128295; Key Responsibilities Assemble WFE using hand tools, torque wrenches, fixtures, and equipment. Follow computer-based work instructions, schematics, and Cell Fusion steps accurately. Inspect parts before installation and support audits with checklist verification. Maintain workflow, support rework, and document completed tasks. Ensure safe work practices including PPE usage, LOTO procedures, ergonomic lifting, and RMBWA inspections. Communicate production issues, task updates, and system status clearly across shifts. ⚙ Physical & Technical Requirements Ability to work 12+ hour shifts in a fast-paced clean-room environment. Lift up to 35 lbs , kneel/crouch/reach regularly, operate ladders and assembly dollies. Navigate diagnostic software and identify wire colors accurately.
