HR Generalist position
We are looking for an HR Generalist position to support office and manufacturing environment in the Irvine California market. This position is full time requires onsite operation. The position performs transactional administrative duties - payroll, onboarding, vendor invoicing, program reconciliation, performance appraisal process and management and employee write-ups and paperwork. The position also performs HR management duties - employee relations, talent acquisition and selection, training, compliance policy management and safety.
We will consider candidates that meet the following minimum qualifications:
-4 years or more as a HR Generalist or Senior HR Generalist
-Proven track record of performing HR administrative duties, including Payroll Administration
-Proven track record of performing HR management duties, including Employee Relations and Policy management
-Excellent communication skills and administrative skills
