Fluke Corporation is hiring: Hardware Engineering Manager in Everett

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified and skilled Hardware Engineering Manager to lead the design, development, and implementation of test and measurement products across the Fluke portfolio. The role will oversee a team of electrical engineers and drive product development from concept through launch, collaborating with mechanical engineering, product management, firmware/software, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of electrical hardware engineers.
• Develop and implement hardware development strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead all aspects of design, development, and testing of hardware products.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Manage supplier and vendor relationships.
• Identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide regular project status updates to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with at least 5 years of device development experience.
• Strong technical background in hardware and proven leadership in medium‑to‑large organizations.
• Track record of building engaged engineering teams with a culture of feedback and open communication.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects of varying complexity.
• Knowledge of global compliance standards (CE, FCC, RoHS) and IEC 61010 for measurement equipment.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and autonomy.
• Strong interpersonal skills, humor, tact, and flexibility.

Salary range: $138,575 – $257,485 (Everett, WA)
