Our client, a respected nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing a meaningful and communityfocused mission, is seeking an experienced

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

to lead its Accounting, Finance, and Technology functions. This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic, handson financial leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about supporting impactful work.

About the Role The CFO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, providing strategic financial guidance and operational oversight. The ideal candidate will possess robust budgeting and forecasting expertise and will be responsible for overseeing audits and leading a team of 912 direct reports. This role requires a balance of highlevel strategy and daytoday operational leadership.

Primary Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the Accounting, Finance, and Technology departments. Manage the organizations budgeting and forecasting processes. Oversee annual audits and ensure compliance with all regulatory and reporting requirements. Prepare and present financial reports to the Board of Directors. Oversee payroll operations and ensure accuracy and compliance. Drive system improvements, including ERP utilization and system implementations. Provide financial leadership for grant management. Partner with executive leadership to support strategic planning and organizational growth.

Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience as a CFO overseeing accounting, finance, and technology functions. Bachelors degree required; advanced degree or CPA preferred. Strong experience with ERP systems, system implementation, and process optimization. Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Experience preparing boardlevel financial reports. Proven ability to lead and develop highperforming teams. Nonprofit experience and grant accounting background strongly preferred
