A nationally recognized, high-touch wealth management firm serving high-net-worth families is adding a Client Service Associate to support its growing advisory and operations team. This role is central to the client experience and ideal for someone who takes pride in precision, follow-through, and being a trusted point of contact.

What Youll Do

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client service and operational needs
• Coordinate onboarding, account maintenance, transfers, wires, and ongoing service requests
• Partner closely with advisors, custodians, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
• Track workflows, deadlines, and follow-through using CRM and internal systems
• Support a polished, responsive, and consistent client experience
