Production Manager Operations, Flooring Job Assembly Direct reporting General Manager The Production Manager oversees the operational flow from sales order to final customer delivery, ensuring that carpet cutting, binding, scheduling, and installation are executed accurately, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to coordinate between sales, warehouse, installation crews, and customers. Job costing and production Strong email and phone communication skills; able to respond promptly and professionally to customers and team members. Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to excellent customer service. Proficient with basic computer applications and able to learn industry-specific software quickly.
