General Manager Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.

Perform all duties of the Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.

Manage 3 to 15 employees during the scheduled shift.

Greet customers and take orders with a smile.

Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers.

Make consistent products within Domino’s Pizza guidelines.

Deliver product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.

Maintain a professional appearance at all times, complying with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.

What Are We Looking For Experience leading a team of 3 to 15 people during your shift, with a positive attitude and the ability to motivate others.

A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check. Requires a reliable, insured vehicle.

Be a great role model and leader, punctual and with a positive attitude with customers and co‑workers.

Minimum age 18 years.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years pizza management experience or 6 years of restaurant management experience.
