General Manager
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for everything that happens during the shift: cost control, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
Perform all duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
Manage 3 to 15 employees during scheduled shift.
Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile!
Operate the cash register and collect payments.
Make consistent products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
Deliver product by vehicle from store to customer safely and courteously.
Maintain a clean, organized work environment from customer’s viewpoint.
Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
Qualifications
Experience leading a team of 3-15 people during shift.
Positive attitude, great motivation skills.
Clean driving record and ability to pass Motor Vehicle Record check.
Access to reliable, insured vehicle.
Great role model and leader, punctual, courteous with customers and coworkers.
At least 18 years old.
