What is Required (Qualifications):
Proven experience as a high‑growth enterprise software sales leader in Data, AI, Cloud, or SaaS industries
History of consistently exceeding sales quotas in a similar high‑growth technology environment
Ability to attract and hire top sales talent
Experience with methodology‑based sales coaching, including MEDDPIC and Challenger methodologies
Strong executive relationship network with key industry customers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in leadership roles managing sales organizations to achieve objectives within Data, AI, Cloud, or SaaS sectors
Knowledge of the partner ecosystem to enhance strategic territory growth
Success in implementing strategies for consumption and commitment‑based sales revenue models
