What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead, grow, and motivate the Enterprise Account Executive team to exceed sales goals

Foster a culture of teamwork focused on delivering measurable business value

Build long‑term, trust‑based relationships with customers and partners

Contribute to regional growth plans and ensure accurate sales forecasting

Promote continuous learning and adoption of innovations in data intelligence and GenAI solutions

What is Required (Qualifications)

Proven experience as a high‑growth enterprise software sales leader in the Data, AI, Cloud, or SaaS Sales Industry

Experience in the Department of Defense segment, preferably with the Army

History of consistently exceeding sales quotas in high‑growth technology companies

Ability to engage with and recruit top sales talent in the market

Strong background in methodology‑based sales coaching, including MEDDPIC and a Challenger mentality

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Established executive relationship network with key customers

Knowledge of the partner ecosystem to help grow strategic territories

Success in implementing consumption and commitment‑based sales revenue models
