Position Overview Our client seeks a mid-level associate to join its Technology Companies practice. The role centers on advising early‑stage and late‑stage emerging growth companies, as well as venture capital investors, across a broad range of corporate transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support early and late‑stage venture financings
Work on mergers, acquisitions, and public offerings
Draft, review, and negotiate complex transactional documents
Manage multifaceted deals with minimal supervision
Advise fast‑growth companies and investors on strategic and operational matters
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong drafting and negotiation skills
Experience managing complex corporate transactions
Background in venture financing, M&A, or public offerings
Ability to counsel high‑growth technology companies and investors
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
