Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Develop and Implement a Strategic Plan:

Work with volunteers, community leaders, and staff to create a strategic plan with deliverables and measurable goals.

Improve Operating Performance:

Engage board and staff to develop annual tactical plan, address issues, forecast needs, and manage operations.

Fiscal Management:

Forecast financial trends, balance operations, grow revenue, control costs, steward stewardship strategies.

Position Y as a Vital Partner for Community Change:

Serve as ambassador, cultivate relationships, uphold Y standards and values, build community trust.

Steward Fundraising Efforts:

Develop annual fundraising plan, engage members, volunteers, staff, donors, secure capital fundraising.

Build and Lead Staff:

Execute talent development system, hire, motivate, retain staff, promote culture competence.

Compensation and Benefits Salary Range:

$90,000–$110,000 annually. Benefits:

Y Retirement (12% Y contribution once eligibility met).

Y Retirement 403B Savings Account eligible on first day of employment.

PTO.

Health Plan: $60 per pay for employee; remaining paid by Y.

Other benefits per personnel policy.
